i now have a lovely new excuse to write notes to friends, and a wonderful project series to keep my mornings full and creative! tonight i printed my first batch of notecards based on a series of sketches i did. these are from a drawing of a tin-can telephone:
what do you all think? i wanted the color change to be subtle, but is this getting lost? can you understand the drawing?
i had a hard time capturing accurate color, too... this is perhaps closer to life:
